a trauma-informed communication and marketing consultancy
founded by Carly Shein-Lanning
I’m Carly Shein-Lanning,
a trauma-informed writer and editor, and founder of Voices Editorial, a trauma-informed communication and marketing consultancy supporting mission-driven organizations around the world.
With more than 18 years of experience in trauma-informed storytelling, journalism, and editorial leadership, I partner with nonprofits and organizations of all sizes to shape narratives, engage audiences, and share impact, all through a trauma-informed lens. I also lead trainings that help storytellers and communications teams bring trauma-informed practices into their own work.
My work centers consent, transparency, and compassion — ensuring all storytelling projects build trusting relationships and safeguard those whose stories are being shared.
